01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RUSTY HARBOR LLC. By using rustyharborpets.com, requesting an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services. If you book or pay on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

02Our services

We provide in-person pet grooming services for dogs and cats, including bath and brush, full grooms, breed and style cuts, nail care, de-shedding, cat grooming, puppy and kitten introductory grooms, and related spa add-ons.

Service availability, timing, staff availability, pricing, and grooming results may vary based on pet size, breed, coat condition, temperament, health, safety, and owner instructions.

03Eligibility and customer responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to request services.
• You agree to provide accurate contact, pet, health, vaccination, temperament, and coat-condition information.
• You must disclose bites, aggression, anxiety, medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, parasites, matting, allergies, recent surgeries, and any condition that may affect safe handling.
• You are responsible for promptly picking up your pet at the agreed time and paying all charges due for services provided.

04Appointments, arrival, and pickup

Submitting a form or calling us is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm the date, time, service plan, and estimated price.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten the appointment, require rescheduling, or result in a late/no-show fee if we cannot safely complete the service.

• We may refuse, pause, or stop service if a pet is unsafe, too stressed, ill, injured, or if continuing would be inhumane.
• We may contact you before changing the agreed service plan, except where immediate action is reasonably needed for safety or welfare.
• Pets left past the agreed pickup time may be subject to additional care or late pickup charges.

05Pricing and payment

Prices on the website are starting prices in U.S. dollars. Final prices may change based on size, breed, coat length, matting, coat condition, behavior, extra time, selected add-ons, taxes, fees, or requested changes.

Payment is due at pickup or at the time otherwise agreed. We may accept cards, cash, prepaid deposits, or other methods we make available.

• You authorize us and our payment providers to process payments, refunds, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any charges you approve.
• We do not store full payment card numbers on our website or business systems.
• Promotions, discounts, or coupons are subject to the terms stated with the offer and may be modified or ended unless prohibited by law.

06Refunds, cancellations, and service concerns

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before booking.

If you are unhappy with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours with your receipt, pet name, appointment date, and concern. We may offer a correction, partial refund, store credit, or other reasonable resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

07Pet health, matting, and safety

Your pet's comfort and safety come first. Severe matting can hide skin irritation, sores, parasites, bruising, or other conditions. In many cases, humane mat removal requires a short clip rather than brushing out painful mats.

You understand that grooming has inherent risks, including minor nicks, irritation, stress, allergic reactions, discovery or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other outcomes that can occur even with reasonable care.

• We may require proof of current vaccinations where appropriate.
• We may seek emergency veterinary care if we reasonably believe it is necessary and cannot reach you quickly. You remain responsible for veterinary costs unless caused by our proven negligence.
• We are not responsible for undisclosed medical, behavioral, coat, or skin conditions.

08Website use and prohibited conduct

• Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, harassing, infringing, or misleading purposes.
• Do not attempt to access systems without permission, interfere with website security, scrape the website at unreasonable volume, upload malicious code, or impersonate another person.
• Website content, branding, text, layout, and images are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or reused except as allowed by law.

09Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. By using the website or requesting services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a grooming service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service, except where the law does not allow that limit.

11Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, both sides agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting each other and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires another forum.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
